Using UltraVNC (single click) we are able to provide remote PC support to save you the time and cost of a service visit. Single Click works by having you establish a connection from your PC to our remote listening end which allows us to momentarily control your desktop as though we were sitting at your desk. Single Click is safe, it does not install any software to your PC, and requires you to initiate the connection to allow us to access your desktop. It does not allow others to connect to your PC because you connect to us. To initiate the connection download our custom Single Click program, and run it. NOTE: We do have to be aware of the incoming connection prior to servicing your PC, please call or e-mail ahead of time. |
